Lost in transit
I think my watch might be lost in transit, what can I do?
First of all, don't panic. If your watch is lost we will be sure to sort you out with a replacement although we understand how frustrating the wait can be.
That being said - it is very rare for parcels to actually be lost and usually, they are either just delayed or something was wrong with the address and they are being sent back to us. The shipping estimates we provide are an aim and not a guarantee, and once the parcel has left our HQ we no longer have any control over it, but if you're worried about how long your delivery is taking then please do get in touch and we'll try to help you as best we can.
If you have placed an international order and the Royal Mail tracking doesn't seem to have updated for a while, try your tracking number with your domestic postal service as often you will find they can provide more information.
For a parcel to be considered as lost, please note the following dates as provided by Royal Mail:
UK:
If the item hasn’t been delivered by the due date plus 10 working days the parcel is considered as lost in transit.
Europe:
If the item hasn’t been delivered by the due date plus 20 working days the parcel is considered as lost in transit.
Rest of World:
If the item hasn’t been delivered by the due date plus 25 working days the parcel is considered as lost in transit.
Once this date has passed, we will be able to either send you a replacement or refund your order.
