How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail that will contain a clickable link to the Royal Mail website. Please allow a few hours for the tracking number to be recognised.
A very small number of countries don't provide tracking but this is very rare.
Occasionally, when you go to the Royal Mail website the tracking is broken. This does happen from time to time, usually when something has gone wrong with the initial scan. It doesn't affect the delivery at all and we would still expect your watch to arrive on time, although we do understand that this is frustrating not to be able to track the parcel.
